They are just like they sound. A surprise of candy within chocolate chip cookies! I choose to raid the Easter candy aisle instead of the main candy aisle. I got crunch candy eggs, and butterfinger candy eggs.
Placing the candy between two pieces of cookie dough, you hide the candy so its in the middle.
I was lazy, so I bough premade dough, I only got 12 cookies out of this. Which is more then enough. The cookie I pulled off the cookie sheet had crunch...I think! LoL I'm pretty sure since it didn't taste like butterfinger!
So something super easy, and quick! Thinking about buying the ingredients to make cupcakes for 2, so I can make those, and show you all!
